Opabet Account Verification (KYC): When It’s Required
Opabet triggers KYC when you create an account with incomplete profile data, request a withdrawal, change personal details, or when deposits and play patterns flag an anti-fraud check.
The casino can also request verification after a first deposit, after switching payment methods, or if your login location/device changes and the risk score increases.
What Documents Opabet Requests
Opabet asks for three groups of documents: identity, address, and payment method. The name and date of birth must match your account profile exactly.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. Opabet checks full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and photo. If Opabet requests a selfie check, submit a live selfie holding the document or follow the in-app liveness prompt.
- Address proof: A document showing your full name and current residential address, dated within the last 90 days. Typical options are a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), a bank statement, or an official government letter. Opabet rejects screenshots from apps when they do not show the issuer, date, and full address.
- Payment method: Evidence that the withdrawal method belongs to you. For bank cards, Opabet asks for a photo of the card with only the last 4 digits visible and the cardholder name visible; cover the middle digits and CVV. For e-wallets, Opabet asks for an account page showing your name and wallet ID/email. For bank transfers, Opabet accepts a statement or document with your name and IBAN/account number.
How Long Opabet Verification Takes
Automated checks can clear within minutes when images are sharp and data matches the account profile.
Manual review typically completes within 24 hours after upload, and can extend to 48–72 hours during peak periods or when a document needs re-submission.
Withdrawals stay on hold until KYC is approved; deposits and gameplay can remain available, but Opabet can restrict withdrawals and bonuses until the review is finished.
